Micap Thyme

The flavour: Thyme is native to Europe, North Africa and Asia and is used most widely in cooking. Thyme is a basic ingredient in French, Greek, Italian, Persian, Spanish and Turkish cuisines, and in those derived from them. It is also widely used in Lebanese and Caribbean cuisines. Thyme, while flavoursome, does not overpower and blends well with other herbs and spices. Micap Thyme is carefully distilled as a natural oil from the pure Thyme leaves.

Benefits: At high temperatures the mild Thyme flavour could easily change flavour profile. Micap Thyme protects the flavour and helps to create delicious end products in a cost efficient and natural manner.

Range of application: Micap Thyme is typically used to flavour meats, soups ,stews and sauces. It has a particular affinity to and is often used as a primary flavour with lamb, tomatoes and eggs.
