As at 23rd October 2007, the AIM securities in issue consist of the whole of the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 238,325,225 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1.0 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
