Micap Ginger

The flavour: Ginger is an ingredient which is used for sweet dishes as well as savoury foods. Ginger is commonly used as a spice in cooking throughout the world. The ginger plant has a long history of cultivation known to originate in China and then spread to India, Southeast Asia, West Africa, and the Caribbean. Nowadays Ginger is a common flavour in Europe and in USA. Micap Ginger is produced from pure natural essential Ginger oil which is carefully extracted from selected Ginger roots and excludes any addition of vegetable oil or flavour carriers.
