Micap Garlic

The flavour: Micap Garlic is made of pure natural essential garlic oil which is carefully extracted from garlic and excludes any additional vegetable oil or flavour carriers. This purity results in an authentic and intensive typical garlic flavour which is approved to meet the highest consumer standards. In many foods in northern Europe but also for Mediterranean-, Asian-, Arabian-, South- or Central American dishes Garlic flavour plays a very important role. Garlic flavour is a very volatile component and usually a large quantity of the flavour would get lost whilst in food production or storage.

Benefits: Micap Garlic is heat stable and whilst standard Garlic flavour usually has strong impact on the development of dough's and the volume of baked goods, the encapsulated Micap Garlic does not effect the dough structure in anyway. The taste and volume of these baked goods could be adjusted individually.

Range of application:
Micap Garlic is ideal for the use in sauces (eg. mayonnaise, pasta sauce) coated and battered products, sausages and other meat products, herbs, seasoning blends and extruded or fried snacks.

Micap Garlic 2% (Made from Natural Garlic oil)
Micap Garlic 20% (Made from Natural Garlic oil)

Recommendation:
For the use in smaller Batch sizes of dry product blends we recommend that you use our Micap Garlic 2%. For larger Batch sizes or Liquid products such as sauce
