The flavour: Micap Coriander flavour is produced through natural essential coriander oil. The name Coriander is used for the herb in Britain, cilantro is used in the United States, and dhania in the Indian subcontinent. Outside of Asia, coriander is an important flavour for sausages in Germany and South Africa. Coriander is commonly used in Middle East, Mediterranean, Indian, South Asian, Latin American, Chinese, African and Southeast Asian cuisine.
