Micap Black Pepper

The flavour: Our Micap Black Pepper flavour is produced by a very mild extraction process from pure Black Peppercorns. The Black Pepper essential oil that we encapsulate contains the favourite Pepper taste but with a mild note of heat. Black Pepper is used today around the world for nearly all types of savoury foods.

Benefits: This combination of a pleasant Black Pepper Taste but without the strong heat of many other products meets the taste of the customers today and makes Micap Black Pepper extremely popular. Black Pepper powder or conventional Black Pepper flavour has a strong impact on the development of dough volumes in baked goods. Micap Black Pepper however does not limit the volume development of dough, which leaves the product shape and the taste profile easily adjusted individually. The Micap Black Pepper profile is so stable that it resists also double baking processes without any problems.

Range of application: Micap Black Pepper is an excellent ingredient for manufacturing of mayonnaise based products and other auces, Soups, Croutons, baked or fried snacks, spice blends ready meals, sausages, coatings and batters.
